We are looking for a Claims Advisor to join our team in Tampere. The role involves assisting customers with property damage claims, guiding them through the process from damage assessment to settlement, interpreting expert reports, making decisions based on insurance policies and legislation, and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, understanding of insurance, construction, or HVAC sectors, and the ability to work independently and make decisions. A relevant degree such as a construction engineer, building master, or business economist is preferred, along with experience in insurance or related fields. English and Swedish language skills are an advantage. The work hours are currently weekdays 10-16.
