Incubator Worker / Machine Operator - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Mynämäki, Finland

We are currently looking for a motivated summer worker for various tasks at the incubator in Mynämäki. Working days are mainly Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Friday from 7:00 to 15:00, so Wednesday is usually free – a perfect midweek break. The workday lasts 8 hours, totaling 32 hours per week. The employment begins on August 3, 2026, and continues until the end of August, but afterward, work may be on a gig basis, with opportunities to be called in as needed. The workplace is located in Mynämäki, so having your own car is almost essential for commuting. The daily work at the incubator is straightforward, physical, and practical. The work mainly involves machine operation tasks, which include ensuring smooth operation of production lines, taking care of the well-being of the chicks, following quality and hygiene standards, and washing lines and workstations with a pressure washer after production ends. Tasks are learned quickly, and once you master one station, you can expand your skills to other workstations. Gig work allows you to see different aspects of the job and develop your skills in various areas. We expect you to have a proactive and independent work attitude, be at least 18 years old, have Finnish language skills, be willing to perform physical work, have a desire to learn new tasks, and be available for gig shifts in the fall and/or winter. The position is covered by the food industry collective agreement, which sets the hourly wage at €12.85.
