Facility Supervisor, Facility Services - Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a facility supervisor for our client in facility services. The employment begins through Eezzy, with the possibility of transitioning directly to the client's employment later if collaboration proceeds well. As a facility supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery and quality assurance for customer sites in your area. Your area includes approximately 60 customer sites, where you will support staff and serve as the contact person for cleaning and facility services. Success in this role requires a basic qualification in cleaning and property services, as well as at least five years of diverse experience in cleaning tasks. Experience in cleaning various types of premises, especially care homes or similar environments, as well as home cleaning, is valued. We expect you to have an initiative-driven work attitude, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate in changing work environments. Previous experience in guiding employees or supervisory roles is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Good proficiency in Finnish is required for success in this role.
