In our care home located in the pleasant environment of Sotkamo's Sopala, there are 32 round-the-clock assisted living places for residents needing long-term care. What will you be doing? - Basic care - Medication administration - Implementing a meaningful everyday life, for example through outdoor activities and personal caregiver moments - Cooperation with relatives The position is full-time and valid until further notice. The work is 3-shift work. We hope that you could start as soon as possible, but we can agree on the start date together with you. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) - Work experience with the elderly and specialization studies are considered an advantage - Vaccination protection as referred to in Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport - Medication permit or readiness to complete it - Criminal record extract for employment relationships longer than three months - Fluent Finnish language skills What do we offer you? - We walk beside you: Your supervisor is not far away, but present in everyday life – supporting and walking beside you. The salary range for the position is €2415.76 - €2612.33 (from 1.9.2026 the range is €2493.06 - €2719.93). Please note that we are a smoke-free workplace.
