Account Manager, come help us build a better world - one encounter at a time We are looking for an account manager who wants to do impactful work – truly. As an account manager, you will build customer relationships, develop your own client portfolio, and ensure that the wishes of our clients and employees meet. You will not only sell services but also build bridges between work and workers every day. Your workday may include customer meetings, acquiring new clients, conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts, and acting as a contact person for employees. We are sales-oriented and results-driven, so our clients are actively involved in your daily work. As your skills develop, our goal is to grow you into a versatile professional in the staffing industry, capable of building and expanding your own client relationships from scratch. The position follows the collective agreement for the staffing industry. The job is permanent and full-time. What do we expect from you? You may already have experience in sales, customer management, or the staffing industry – or you may be a recruitment or HR professional looking to grow more sales-oriented. We especially value: * Bilingualism (Finnish and Swedish), and proficiency in English is a plus * Genuine interest in understanding clients’ business and staffing needs * A positive, solution-oriented attitude and goal-orientedness * Good communication skills and the courage to take initiative How does the application process work? * The application deadline is July 19, 2026, but we review applications during the application period, so we may contact you before the deadline. * Our goal is for the selected candidate to start in August.
