We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional, feature-focused, product-oriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role — you'll drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it end-to-end. As a product-led organisation, we prioritise delivering meaningful user value through thoughtful product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define the architecture, and ship features that impact millions of users. We're looking for someone with strong full-stack engineering expertise and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, ideally within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Responsibilities include leading and growing a feature-focused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers), partnering with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap, providing technical guidance, fostering a high-performing culture, attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring strong engineering processes, and contributing to the wider engineering leadership group. Qualifications include 3–5+ years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams, 8–10+ years of total software engineering experience with full-stack expertise, proven project and execution management skills, strong technical background, success in leading product teams at scale, people management skills, a product mindset, and excellent communication skills.
