Job Description
Acolad is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to manage HR activities in Bologna. The role involves supporting management on HR topics, ensuring governance, executing HR processes, developing policies, coaching managers, and fostering a healthy workplace environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, proven experience in HR operations, understanding of policies and legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, experience with HR systems and payroll, and fluency in Italian and English. This is a fixed-term contract position at a leading global content and language solutions company committed to diversity and inclusion.
