The company is expanding rapidly and is increasing its key personnel. The project manager works flexibly remotely, at customer sites in Finland and across Europe, or at our offices in Tampere and Kotka. The role is independent, leading your movements and arrivals according to project needs. Each site has a site supervisor/project manager, but you have overall responsibility for the successful completion of the project, supported by a project director, CEO, and the entire staff. The role requires several years of experience in automation installations and excellent negotiation skills during various project phases. You ensure timely and quality installations for our customers and secure your share of any project-based changes. Suitable for an experienced project manager or a site manager with automation experience eager to grow and take the next step in their career. We require self-driven travel readiness, good English skills, project accounting skills, and a responsible work attitude. Besides a fixed salary, project managers have an annual bonus system with a maximum of 15% of annual earnings. We also offer competitive benefits.
