Ventilation Technician

ARE is seeking a permanent-employee for property services to join our team as a Ventilation Technician in Lahti. The role involves a range of installation, maintenance, modification and repair work in customer properties. You will perform project-based installation and maintenance tasks at various sites, primarily on weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. Our property services cover HVAC maintenance and repair for shopping centres, hotels, and office buildings, ensuring that facilities operate reliably and energy-efficiently while providing comfortable environments for users. You will work collaboratively with colleagues; ARE emphasizes that work is not done alone and support is available when needed. What we expect: a relevant qualification or practical equivalent, at least two years of experience in similar tasks, a valid occupational safety card, and a B driving license.
