Job Description
We are looking for a committed, creative, entrepreneurial, experienced commercial lawyer to join our Legal team supporting Cisco’s Sales in Germany and Switzerland. The role involves negotiating legal agreements for complex deals with major Enterprise and Public Sector customers, providing guidance on data and security topics, and ensuring compliance with Cisco policies. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, fluency in English and German, and knowledge of technology contracts including IP, software licensing, cloud, and data security. The role can be based in Eschborn or Garching, Germany.
