Job Description
Welcome to work as a physiotherapist in Oma Häme! We have a position for a physiotherapist who has completed direct access training in the Kanta-Häme region, Forssa area. The position is permanent. The work includes direct access physiotherapy services as well as other primary healthcare physiotherapy tasks, such as preventive rehabilitation work. This work may also be carried out as home visits if necessary. There is an opportunity to work partly remotely in initial rehabilitation via phone and chat services. The available position is part of adult rehabilitation services, which employs about 60 professionals. The work is independent, with orientation provided, and you will be supported by a skilled and cooperative, cheerful team. We expect an active and proactive approach, good communication skills, and an interest in development. We require training in direct access physiotherapy and licensure as a physiotherapist. Workplace address: Korkeavahan health center, Linikkalankatu 2, Forssa. Flexibility and readiness to work in municipalities within Forssa area, including home visits, are required. Success in the role requires a driver’s license and, if necessary, the ability to use your own car. The salary for this position is €3100.63/month. In addition to the base salary, we pay experience-based supplements, which can range from 0% to 8%. The accumulation of vacation days is also based on service time. The working hours are 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. Applicants working with the elderly and disabled must present a criminal record extract as required by the Act on the Supervision of Social and Health Care (741/2023), section 28.1, and section 6.4 of the Criminal Record Act. Salary and other employment terms are determined according to the SOTE agreement. The trial period is six months. In direct patient and client work, vaccination against infectious diseases as required by the Communicable Diseases Act, section 48, and a tuberculosis certificate as per section 55, are mandatory.
