Receptionist, Ruka Safaris Ltd The Iisakki Village area is a replica of the courtyard of Iisakki Rajala, which was located at Paanajärvi. The area features many atmospheric old log buildings that have been relocated to their current site with respect for tradition, but modernized. Inside the log buildings, there is a comprehensive selection of services, reception with A-licence, accommodation options for various tastes, saunas, Iisakki House restaurant, as well as activity services and fire pits. We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join Ruka’s top team! Your duties include a variety of reception tasks from making reservations to welcoming guests and checking them out. You will ensure their comfort during their visit and be present for them. We require previous work experience as a receptionist. You should have excellent customer service attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop, so you will excel in the role! We offer a unique opportunity to work with a top team. What do we expect from you? * A smile that doesn’t fade in customer service situations. * Experience as a receptionist. * Ability to work independently but also a strong team player. * Experience with hotel systems and familiarity with Microsoft systems is an advantage. * Having a car and driver’s license is significantly helpful as the workplace is in an area where personal transportation is beneficial. * Finnish and English language skills are essential.
