We are now looking for a capable Store Manager to join our team at the Vantaa Outlet store! The primary task of the Store Manager at Partioaitta is sales work, with a key focus on professional and positive customer service. The Store Manager acts proactively in accordance with the company's values and operational guidelines. The Store Manager plays an important role in developing the company's operations by setting an example. In the outlet, the Store Manager is also responsible for visual merchandising, ensuring displays are current and commercial. We also value visual sense in our candidates. The responsibilities of the Store Manager include, among others: - Monitoring store sales and understanding the principles of profitable operations, guiding activities together with the Store Supervisor. - Prioritizing and planning daily store tasks. - Preparing the store for campaigns, concepts, and commercial activities. - Maintaining product knowledge by participating in employer-provided training. - Receiving, replenishing, recording product shortages and stock errors, and maintaining tidiness and order in the stock. - The Store Manager reports directly to the Store Supervisor and is responsible for task execution to the Store Supervisor and chain manager. To succeed in this role, you need the following qualities: - Commercial education and/or work experience in retail. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate your team. - Visual sense and ability to create appealing product displays. - Careful and organized, able to prioritize tasks in busy situations. - Proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. - Excellent customer service skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers. - Self-driven and proactive in tackling work tasks. - A passion for nature and the outdoor industry.
