Channel Deal Desk Specialist - IFS - Remote - Global

The Channel Deal Desk team is dedicated to optimizing and safeguarding the commercial integrity of partner-sourced deals across the organization. The primary objective is to ensure all deals are efficiently structured, swiftly approved, and fully compliant with internal policies and external regulations through a centralized process. This role provides comprehensive sales administration support to Channel Managers for all partner-sourced and channel-managed opportunities. This role will also cover support for other Global GTM opportunities, in addition to the Channel, within Deal Desk. Key Responsibilities include assisting in preparing and submitting Deal Approval Requests (DARs), ensuring documentation is complete, monitoring deal progress, applying compliance standards such as SOX and ASC 606, supporting automated approval routing, collaborating with various teams, maintaining SLA awareness, tracking metrics, and sharing insights with leadership. Qualifications include a strong understanding of channel sales processes, familiarity with CRM systems, excellent organizational skills, and knowledge of compliance standards. Required experience includes a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, 3+ years in sales operations or channel management, and experience with CRM systems. Preferred qualifications include experience in a global or offshore deal desk environment, knowledge of SOX and ASC 606, advanced Excel skills, and ability to work under pressure. The role supports a hybrid work environment with a salary range of PLN 100,000–130,000 gross per year plus a 10% annual bonus. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
