Job Description and Salary In your work, you will mainly address illegal parking by patrolling and monitoring various sites. You will take on different areas as you become more experienced, so the days are not the same. Our sites at ParkkiPate include hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, and retail properties. We are continuously developing the modernization of parking services at all levels. Service quality is our pride. Information flows quickly through our good systems, making work in the field smoother. Additionally, you will receive a lunch benefit, and your vehicle will be a low-emission Toyota hybrid. The work is shift work, primarily between 6 am–2 pm and 2 pm–10 pm. You will also have at least one free weekend per month. We aim for regular shift planning and consider your preferences as fairly as possible. The supervisor is paid hourly, and the salary depends on previous experience as a parking supervisor or patrol officer. Additional earnings can be achieved through training shifts or overtime. Attention to detail and accuracy are important in this role. You should also be comfortable handling customer situations and work well with people. Excellent Finnish language skills (spoken and read) are required. The job involves some driving, so applicants must be of legal age, have at least one year of driving experience, or have held a driver’s license for at least two years with regular driving experience, e.g., daily commuting. The parking supervisor’s role includes keeping fire lanes clear, accessible parking for disabled persons, and managing resident, visitor, and customer parking.
