We are looking for a production worker for our client in Rauma for a permanent position. In this role, you will work in metal production using various metal presses and participate in daily production tasks. As a production worker, you will be an important part of manufacturing metal products. Previous experience in the metal industry or operating presses is considered an advantage, but the most important qualities are a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation. The work is performed in two shifts, with a 40-hour workweek. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this position suitable even for those with limited experience in the metal industry but an interest in the field. We expect applicants to: Have a proactive and initiative-taking attitude, Be eager to learn new tasks, Be able to work independently and as part of a team, Speak Finnish or English, Be prepared for two-shift work.
