Job Description
We are looking for a social worker to work in Soite's integrated family social and child protection services. The application deadline is June 11, 2026, at 16:00. Our team is humorous and works towards common goals! We operate according to a systemic approach within the framework of community impact. Employees make assessments of service needs, and client work includes services provided under the Social Welfare Act as well as open and residential child protection services. The lead social worker guides and supports client work, and you will also have the opportunity to consult other team members. You will receive strong support from the team, the lead social worker, and your supervisor, and we also have access to legal services. Supervision sessions are organized for teams. We value a developmental work approach, the ability to work independently, and good interaction and collaboration skills. Previous experience working with children, youth, and families is appreciated. Flexibility and good stress tolerance are advantageous. Familiarity with the systemic approach and community impact is valued. Knowledge of Swedish is considered an asset. We require a licensed social worker in accordance with the Act on Social Welfare Professionals (817/2015). In the absence of licensed applicants, a person who has completed the required social work studies (eligible for substitution) may be appointed.
