Job Description
We are currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join our Customer Experience Team at Polestar in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role involves delivering outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat, managing inquiries, resolving issues, logging interactions in CRM, and handling complaints professionally.
