Join us in creating your life story together. We are looking for a registered nurse for a fixed-term position at Kouvola Validia House until 31.12.2026. We are currently seeking a registered nurse to strengthen our multidisciplinary team. Work with people with disabilities offers variety and a suitable challenge through its diversity. We emphasize genuine interaction, rehabilitative approach, and teamwork. The position is primarily full-time, but part-time work is negotiable. You will work weekday mornings. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for comprehensive nursing care and health promotion for clients. Your tasks include assessing, monitoring, and documenting clients' health status, developing care plans, and guiding staff in their implementation. You will plan and develop medication administration and ensure its safe execution. You will support and train nursing staff, enhancing their skills, while actively participating in daily care activities with clients. Additionally, you will attend team meetings and contribute to unit development, bringing your expertise to multidisciplinary collaboration. Kouvola Validia House is a 24-hour residential care unit with 43 clients. Our clients are individuals with disabilities, acquired disabilities, or neurological conditions.
