Job Description
Aurora Horses is seeking a responsible and motivated Aurora Horses Manager to lead our daily operations in Rovaniemi. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of horse program services, customer experience, and daily staff management. The work is a versatile combination of customer service, supervisory duties, and animal welfare. Job tasks include planning and leading horse rides, coordinating daily schedules and bookings, customer service and ensuring customer safety, organizing and directing daily staff work, supervising horse welfare, feeding, and care together with other staff, ensuring daily operations of the stable and equipment, and collaborating with management to develop operations. We expect from you experience in handling horses, preferably riding or stable work, ability to lead people and organize daily activities, excellent customer service skills, good proficiency in Finnish and English, calm and responsible work attitude, good problem-solving skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends during the season.
