Store Manager Joensuu Biltema - Biltema - Remote - Global

Are you passionate about retail and the fast-paced world of department stores? Do you have self-drive, positive energy, and a desire to develop your skills? We are looking for a Store Manager for our new Joensuu department store. You will be responsible for the operational management of the store in close cooperation with the store manager, ensuring sufficient stock, attractive displays, and optimal staffing. You will act as the immediate supervisor for the store staff and be part of the store management team. Requirements include retail education or experience in supervisory roles, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, flexibility, and willingness to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Finnish and English skills are preferred.
