ICT Specialist

ICT Specialist to coordinate Keliber lithium project information technology and operational technology application environment, ensuring compliance, support and continuous development. Based in Kokkolа and Kaustinen, reporting to ICT director. Responsibilities include coordinating IT general controls (ITGC) implementation and SOX compliance, managing vendors and SLAs, managing cybersecurity and risk in IT/OT environments, acting as liaison between mining, ore processing, and ICT/OT operations, driving efficiency and compliance, and supporting deployment of new digital solutions. The role does not include direct line management but provides functional leadership in these areas as part of the Keliber Lithium project ICT operating model. Candidate should have a suitable higher education degree (AMK or university) in IT, information systems, computer science, engineering or OT, 5+ years’ ICT experience, experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, LIMS, mining accounting systems, OT manufacturing control/monitoring systems, document management and collaboration tools like Microsoft 365), audit and compliance experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication in Finnish and English. Experience in IT/OT environments in mining, metals, manufacturing or process industries is highly valued.
