Job Description
We are looking for a Product Development Assistant for our client Mastermark Oy in Turku to support product development, management, and commercial success. The role involves acting as a key link between different functions and ensuring that product development tasks progress as planned from idea to implementation. The assistant works closely with product development, purchasing, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, actively drive projects forward, and communicate clearly with various parties. The work is carried out in a comfortable office environment in Turku Orikedolla, alongside colleagues. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. The position starts in early May, full-time (37.5 hours/week), and is permanent. The employment contract follows the retail sector collective agreement. We especially value if you have: - the ability to manage, maintain, and share product information within the organization - understanding of how product prices are formed - expertise in pricing and commercial thinking - negotiation skills and the ability to make concessions - fluent English skills – this is an absolute requirement for the role - understanding of product requirements, standards, and legislation.
