We are seeking a home care assistant for a temporary position at Heporinteen communal housing in Vantaa. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, medication administration, and activity guidance. The work is autonomous but supported by colleagues via phone. The unit has 32 places and also offers home-based services. The position requires good communication skills, genuine interest in elderly care, and the ability to handle various situations. A valid medication license and RAI- and Apotti-competence are valued. Experience in home care is an advantage but not mandatory. The employment is full-time, starting from June 15, 2026, until August 30, 2026, with a monthly salary of 2616.72 euros plus possible experience-based supplement. The work involves shift work and is based on social and health care collective agreement. The role is in Finnish, with the work environment being bilingual and multicultural, emphasizing equality and diversity.
