Are you the person we are looking for for home care work for an elderly person? We are looking for 1-2 caregivers for a flexible schedule for elderly clients in Olari, Espoo. Shifts are available seven days a week. Shifts last 5-7 hours. The work includes basic care and medication management. We will train you for the job and support your work in the client's home. Your work will be supported by supervisors from the teams. We operate a 24/7 on-call service, which can be contacted if needed. Employees are central to us, and we focus on their well-being and retention. We especially value that you enjoy working in the client's home and have a confident approach to working alone. A rehabilitative work approach and good communication skills increase success in the job. It is an advantage if you have experience in caregiving tasks.
