Welcome to join us at Rantakoti Residential Services Unit! Rantakoti is a 24-hour service housing unit for the elderly. It has 21 resident places, including three short-term care places and one crisis emergency place. In the Lapland Welfare Area, nursing work is guided by a rehabilitative approach and supporting residents' meaningful and personalized daily life. Important values guiding other activities are safety and humanity. Residents live in Rantakoti until the end of their lives. As a nurse, you will participate in daily care work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a nursing expert. The main tasks of a nurse include acting as a medication specialist, such as medication orders, doctor rounds, preparing care plans in collaboration with practical nurses, and participating in RAI assessments. The nurse's role also includes substituting for the service manager during vacations. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
