Project Manager Building Automation - JIS fi - Helsinki, Finland

You will work at our Helsinki office with five other project managers. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and smooth progress of building automation projects, which may include hospitals, data centers, energy efficiency projects, or new/remodeling sites. Ensuring high quality and safety standards is our top priority. As a project manager, you will lead project teams with an inspiring and motivating approach, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, meeting JIS's quality requirements. You will actively engage with clients and participate in site meetings, pushing matters forward decisively. You will lead automation installers, supporting their work according to JIS's leadership principles. You are proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented, with excellent Finnish language skills. You have relevant education in electrical or automation engineering, and preferably experience in project management roles in contracting or electrical contracting. You are organized, able to prioritize, and capable of managing multiple sites simultaneously, even under pressure.
