Concrete Element Worker Jyväskylä - Barona Teollisuus Oy - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are looking for motivated and skilled concrete element workers for our client company in Jyväskylä to join a growing production team. The work is primarily day shifts from Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week available. In this role, you will be responsible for various stages of concrete element manufacturing processes. The tasks include: Formwork preparation and assembly, Reinforcement work, Concrete pouring and finishing, Quality control and measurements, Ensuring smooth production together with the team. We expect from you: Previous experience in concrete or element production (not mandatory but considered an advantage), Good physical condition and a proactive work attitude, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Attention to detail and responsibility, Consideration of safety at work on a daily basis, Willingness to work 1-2 shifts on weekdays.
