Skilled Laborers & Scaffolders for Construction Site in Espoo - RTK-Henkilöstöpalvelu Oy - Espoo, Finland

We are currently looking for skilled laborers and scaffolders for a construction site in Espoo. The work will start in July–August 2026, with the first assignments beginning in week 28. The project is expected to last until January–March 2027, making it a long-term position. As a skilled laborer, your main tasks include traffic control at the site, securing material lifts, and receiving and directing loads at the unloading area. As a scaffolder, your main tasks include moving and assembling materials at installation sites, relocating electrical cabinets and site electricals, assembling and moving scaffolding, fencing around lifting and installation areas, and performing winter-related tasks. We expect good Finnish and/or English language skills, good physical condition, and a proactive work attitude. Experience from construction sites is an advantage, as is valid skilled laborer training. A valid occupational safety card is required. We offer a long-term project, the possibility of a quick start, and a safe and professional working environment. Working hours: Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Evening and weekend work may be required. Salary: Based on experience and role, approximately €14–16/hour + additional benefits, allowances, and working conditions according to the building sector collective agreement. Apply now!
