Job Description
The Resource Manager is responsible for supporting the effective allocation and utilization of talent across client engagements for a portfolio of capabilities/geographies and/or markets. This role focuses on executing staffing decisions, maintaining accurate resource data, and ensuring alignment between project needs and available skills. Working as part of the Resource Management function, the Resource Manager plays a key role in delivering efficient staffing outcomes, supporting utilization targets, and enabling high-quality client delivery. The role involves managing staffing conflicts, using cultural intelligence for staffing strategies, and partnering with leadership to optimize resource deployment. The position requires at least 6 years of experience in resource management or consulting operations, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. Fluency in English is required, with multilingual skills preferred.
