Job Description
We are looking for skilled and motivated industrial painters for a permanent position in Kaarina. In this role, you will work as part of a surface treatment team in an industrial environment. Your tasks will include: Wet painting in a spray booth and/or on a line, Possible powder coating, Handling special coatings and ceramic coatings, Inspecting and finishing paint surfaces, Following safety and quality guidelines, The work is mainly day shifts in an industrial production environment. Two-shift work. Tentative start date: June 2026. We expect from you: Previous experience in industrial painting or surface treatment. High-pressure spray painting. Careful and precise work attitude. Good teamwork skills. Energetic and proactive approach. Fluent Finnish language skills. Own car is considered an advantage. Vocational training in the field (e.g., basic qualification in surface treatment) is a plus, but we also consider experienced workers without a degree.
