Sick leave substitute for practical nurse, Elderly services, Residential services, Korppoo - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Pargas, Finland

We have a temporary position available at Sateenkaari in Korppoo from August 17, 2023, to December 31, 2026. Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will be a member of a multidisciplinary team and responsible for implementing services for clients using a rehabilitative approach. Your workday will include basic care, medication management, organizing cultural and recreational activities, and supporting residents' participation and functional capacity. You will serve as the responsible nurse on your shift. Your duties also include planning and organizing work, informing, reporting, and documentation. You will collaborate with relatives and other stakeholders involved in the care and well-being of residents.
