Job Description
The role involves operational financial management, project monitoring, and process development. You will handle EU project financial tracking, payments, reporting, documentation, and support financial processes in Procountor. You will prepare and analyze monthly financial and project monitoring reports, support forecasting and financial planning, and develop reporting and budgeting processes. You will also prepare materials for the board, office, and project teams. The ideal candidate is practical, self-driven, organized, precise, and communicative, with experience in financial management and project monitoring, proficiency in Finnish, English, and Swedish, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, AI tools, and CRM systems like Odoo. Experience with EU-funded projects, Procountor, and process development is valued.
