Are you interested in a sales role combining strong market demand, quality service, and excellent earnings? At TalentFlow, we are now looking for energetic and results-oriented Sales Representatives for field sales in the Helsinki metropolitan area! Our client is a well-known domestic company with high demand for its home cleaning services. In this role, you will utilize warm leads provided by the company but also actively fill your own calendar. No prior sales experience is required—what matters is the right attitude, as the client offers top-notch tools for success! Your daily work includes about five customer visits in the Helsinki region, mostly scheduled from hot leads directly from the company. You will also be responsible for active new customer acquisition and booking additional visits to maximize your sales. Since it is a necessary and high-quality service, top salespeople close up to 80% of customer visits. The work is largely independent, mobile field work, but the week starts with a Monday morning meeting to review updates and prepare for the week’s sales. We expect you to have a positive attitude and initiative, enjoy targets, and actively pursue them. You need a B-driver’s license and a car, as you will travel daily to customers’ homes in the Helsinki region. You should be trustworthy, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people in their homes. The client offers a secure and motivating salary model: a fixed €1000 base salary plus generous commissions (€50–€100 per sold package). When sales targets are met, bonuses are available, and with active work, your monthly income can range from €2500 to €4500. There is a continuous flow of warm leads, and you will receive comprehensive training and team support to quickly achieve high results.
