Job Description
Are you a systematic problem solver who enjoys working with online store orders, data, and processes? Do you take satisfaction in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products to customers? If so, you might be the person we are looking for. We are hiring a temporary Order Processing Clerk for a parental leave replacement to join our Supply Chain team until February 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth processing of online store orders and ensuring order progression in the Nordic markets. Your daily tasks include verifying and processing orders, validating supplier order confirmations, and investigating any delivery issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. You will also inform customers about various delivery situations. You will work closely with customer service, sales, finance, product teams, and suppliers. Your role will influence the efficiency of our delivery processes and the overall customer experience. We expect you to have a precise and organized work approach, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or e-commerce is advantageous. Good communication skills, initiative, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are also valued.
