Job Description
The Järviseutu Vocational Education Consortium is seeking a Project Coordinator / Work and Study Coach for the Kohtaamo South Ostrobothnia ESR+ subproject, for a fixed term from August 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029. The role involves work and study coaching, development of guidance and coaching models, supporting clients’ employment and training, employer collaboration and recruitment, workplace support, promoting diverse workforce, project work, communication, and participation in workshops. Applicants must have a higher university degree and qualifications according to the decree on the qualifications of teaching staff (986/98). Additionally, we require strong knowledge of vocational education and working life, pedagogical development skills, good negotiation and interaction skills, and the ability to work independently and in groups. The position is based in Alajärvi, with travel required between locations. The salary is €4,300/month. Applications must be submitted by June 10, 2026, via the Kuntarekry system.
