Sales Administration Analyst - Scania Suomi Oy - Bogotá, Colombia

At Scania Colombia, we are looking for a Sales Administration Analyst to support the commercial operation, guaranteeing a quality experience for our customers and regions. This role is key to ensuring the efficiency of administrative and logistical processes, from order registration to the final delivery of our vehicles. Main responsibilities: - Manage and register orders, validate sales orders and verify compliance with operational and administrative requirements. - Support the coordination of the import process and vehicle availability. - Accompany the planning and scheduling of deliveries at a national level. - Follow up on logistical processes related to storage, inventories and vehicle transport. - Ensure the correct generation, control and filing of billing and vehicle delivery documentation. - Prepare national and regional reports to support commercial management. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives under Scania principles (SRS). Profile requirements: - Professional or student in the final semesters of Engineering, Administration, International Business or related careers. - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics, imports or document management. - Desirable experience in processes of the automotive, transport or heavy machinery sector. - Solid handling of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; desirable knowledge of Power BI. - English minimum level B1.
