As a team leader nurse, your role includes caring for residents, participating in nursing work, and performing tasks such as medication management, resident interaction, and activity facilitation. You will collaborate closely with other staff and develop the unit's operations. The position is a temporary replacement until August 31, 2027, full-time, working weekdays from 7 am to 3 pm. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement, with a base of 2723.92-2969.00 €/month plus a 200 €/month team leader allowance. Requirements include a nurse degree, hygienic pass, infectious disease vaccination, medication rights, and good Finnish language skills.
