We are looking for skilled plant workers at the Luopioinen factory in Pälkäne for mold change and maintenance tasks. The diverse tasks include mold changing on production machines, maintenance and repair work, as well as operating production machines and setting parameters. The work involves 2- and 3-shift schedules. A comprehensive orientation will be provided, so previous experience is not necessary; the most important qualities are the right attitude, motivation, and initiative.
