We are seeking a coach/instructor for Fokka Foundation. The Lounais-Häme Education Consortium includes Forssa Vocational College, a multidisciplinary provider of vocational education, and Faktia Ltd, which offers comprehensive personnel and training services to companies. Our foundation also includes Fokka Foundation, which provides various employment and youth services. Since August 2023, the foundation has organized youth workshop activities funded by the Permit and Supervision Authority (formerly AVI). Currently, youth workshop activities are organized regionally within Forssa, Jokioinen, Tammela, and Ypäjä municipalities. We are looking for a person who will act both as a coach at the youth workshop and as an instructor at an educational institution. We value diverse experience in guidance and/or youth work. You are solution-oriented, goal-driven, and able to handle pressure and changing situations well. You are organized and eager to develop existing services further. You can communicate fluently and constructively, both verbally and in writing. You are a problem solver, enthusiastic about your work, customer-oriented, and a team player. The job description will be refined based on the strengths of the selected candidate. The work is not tied to a single location, so the person chosen must be willing and able to move flexibly between locations and coordinate work schedules with other employees. The candidate must have a degree in humanities and education or education and guidance, and experience working with youth. Knowledge of the youth service network and the education system is essential. The candidate must hold a B driving license and be willing to transport clients and students. It is an advantage if the candidate has a desire and ability to develop activities in collaboration with other actors. Success in the role requires a flexible and positive attitude, initiative, a responsible work ethic, and good interaction and teamwork skills. The working hours are full-time, 38.25 hours per week. The work includes evening and weekend shifts, primarily during daytime. The employment is fixed-term from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Terms of employment are according to YTES. The salary is €2,635/month plus possible experience-based allowance of 5% or 10%. The trial period is 6 months. Work and study certificates will be requested during the interview. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract and health statement in accordance with Act 504/2002 before starting the job.
