Assistant Store Manager, Silmäasema Kotka - Silmäasema Optiikka Oy

In this role, you will support the store manager in daily operations, customer service, and sales activities at Silmäasema's Kotka and Hamin stores. You will work closely with a team of 8 vision and eye health specialists, participating in selecting frames and lenses, assisting with customer appointments, and handling store orders. The position offers full-time, permanent employment with salary based on your background, either as an optician or in retail. You will develop your skills through Silmäasema Academy courses and team coaching. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, stress tolerance, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
