Product Group Manager

Product Group Manager responsible for the growth, profitability and market share of assigned brands in the Finnish market. Leads category and portfolio development, commercial planning and execution, and works closely with international principals, sales, logistics and other stakeholders. Owns the product group and drives strategies and actions to deliver growth based on data, market understanding and clear growth plans. Responsibilities include managing the product group’s revenue and profitability, leading budgeting and planning, building growth strategies with principals and internal teams, monitoring performance and initiating corrective actions, and driving pricing and commercial development in collaboration with customers. Reports to Category & Brand Director. Key requirements include experience in FMCG commercial roles with category development, product group and portfolio management, and leveraging market and consumer insights; strong commercial and strategic thinking; excellent ability to analyse market, customer and consumer data and translate insights into actions; budgeting and profitability management experience; understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting and product availability; knowledge of retail operating models and category work; fluency in Finnish and English; strong PowerPoint, Excel and analytics skills; and experience with Finnish grocery data analytics tools.
