Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in health services research - Tampereen yliopisto - Remote - Global

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished researcher and teacher for the position of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in Health Services Research, who will conduct scientific research, contribute to the advancement of the field of Health Services Research as a whole and provide research-based teaching in accordance with their professional level in Finnish and/or English. In addition, the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor participates in societal engagement and international collaboration within their field. Successful performance of the duties requires ability of research in health care systems and multidisciplinary collaboration. The position requires a relevant doctoral degree, high-level scientific work, potential to establish a world-class research program, teaching skills, and ability to lead research groups and secure funding. The role involves conducting research, developing the field, and teaching in Finnish and/or English. The position is a five-year tenure-track, leading to a permanent appointment, with a starting salary of approximately €4,700–5,000 for Assistant Professor and €5,400–5,800 for Associate Professor.
