Job Description
As a Customer Care employee at SATS, you are the first smile members meet when they enter the fitness center. You should be friendly, welcoming, and engaged, loving to help people start their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. SATS values members first, going the extra mile, and being responsible and professional. You will need to be approachable, motivating, result-oriented, sales-savvy, updated, responsible, systematic, and technically competent, using SATS tools and systems effectively. The role involves maintaining cleanliness during shifts, assisting members, and promoting memberships and products. The position is part-time, approximately 4 hours per week, with a fixed morning shift, and flexibility for additional shifts. The working hours are from 05:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
