We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC INSTALLER for our customer sites in VAASA! In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC equipment and systems in industrial and other customer properties. As a professional, you can work independently within your area of responsibility, but you will have a team of specialists from different fields to support each other and develop operations together across team boundaries. You will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects where you can further develop your professional skills. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 7:15 to 15:30. There is also an option to participate in on-call duty, for which additional compensation is paid. This employment is permanent and begins according to agreement. The salary will be at least in accordance with the collective agreement for the HVAC sector (18.52–19.48 €/h), depending on experience, plus possible overtime pay based on actual hours worked and potential qualification bonuses based on completed certifications.
