Architect, Agentic Business Solutions - Twoday Oy

We are looking for an architect to ensure that agent solutions become a sustainable part of the IT architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and smooth management. The role involves combining enterprise-level solution design and control plane management, mainly working with Microsoft environments such as Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Agent 365, and Entra Agent ID. Responsibilities include defining user interface layers, orchestration, agent environments, and skills integration, participating in active workflow implementation, ensuring secure and efficient system use via APIs and MCP interfaces, designing control plane models for identity, authorization, auditing, and observability, guiding orchestration model choices, and creating criteria for safe pilot-to-production transitions. The ideal candidate has experience with enterprise architecture and integrations in critical environments, strong understanding of security and compliance, interest and experience with AI-assisted development tools like Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft, ability to make transparent trade-offs, and fluent communication in Finnish and English.
