Site Supervisor - Vastuuremontti, Rovaniemi - Arctic Career Oy - Rovaniemi, Finland

We are looking for an experienced site supervisor for our client Vastuuremontti in Rovaniemi. In this role, you will lead renovation projects for housing companies and be responsible for the overall management of the construction sites from start to finish. As the site supervisor, you will act as the overall responsible leader of the construction site, practically serving as the CEO of your own project. You should have experience with larger renovation projects and understand that the role requires strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of renovation construction. You will manage multiple sites simultaneously, typically larger renovation projects for housing companies, such as pipe renovations, bathroom renovations, major refurbishments. You are responsible for the overall management of the sites: schedules, costs, quality, and safety. In this role, you will lead both your own team and subcontractors, ensuring the site operates efficiently and collaboratively. You will communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, residents, clients, and partners, to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitability, and on schedule. Your first project will be a pipe renovation.
