Your workday will consist of assembling insulation modules in thin sheet metal production. In addition to assembly, the work includes insulating thermal insulations, which is precise manual work requiring carefulness and good concentration. In both work phases, your craftsmanship directly affects the quality of the final product. You will use various assembly tools and, if necessary, participate in product packaging and sorting. The job emphasizes a calm work approach and the ability to complete tasks with high quality from start to finish. We operate in a small and close-knit organization, so tasks vary and require flexibility between different work phases. In this role, you will perform diverse production work and develop your skills through practical experience. Previous experience in the metal industry is not necessary, as the most important thing for us is the right attitude and willingness to learn. Success in the job requires a careful and precise work approach, good concentration, finger dexterity, and good eyesight. We value an active and proactive attitude and readiness to take on various tasks. Reading technical drawings is considered an advantage but not a requirement. People who are flexible and willing to take initiative thrive best in a small work community. We hope you speak Finnish, as Finnish is the primary language of the work community. We offer a permanent employment contract, initially with Biisoni, with the possibility to transfer to Adiabatix later. You will receive comprehensive orientation and support in a close-knit production team, where help and learning happen together. In this role, you will develop your skills and progress to more demanding assembly tasks in a production environment that values good team spirit and high-quality work. The work begins in August at our Vaasa location on Runsorin Puistokatu. Initially, the work is day shifts until the end of the year, with working hours on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. By January at the latest, we will switch to two shifts, so we expect readiness to work in shift work in the future. The selection process includes a pre-employment health check and drug testing.
