Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to think differently to transform the performance of our global demand generation campaigns and grow IFS’ Industrial AI market. You will be responsible for devising and executing multi-channel demand gen programs, optimizing channel mix, managing tactics, audience segmentation and performance. This role is fast-paced, and the desired candidate will work closely with our solution marketing, digital centre of excellence, creative and field teams to deliver world class campaigns. Essential duties include planning and managing cross-channel demand gen campaigns, choosing channels and tactics, managing audience segmentation, driving cross-functional coordination, coaching junior team members, testing new approaches, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing executive updates. Qualifications include proven demand gen campaign management, at least 4 years of relevant experience in B2B campaign strategy, experience with display, social, programmatic, video, and email marketing, analytical mindset, project management skills, experience with marketing automation and ABM tools such as DemandBase, 6sense, HubSpot, strong copy skills, and a confident, outgoing personality. Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-region campaigns, shaping and managing execution, optimizing performance
  • Plan and manage cross-channel demand gen campaigns, nurtures, webinars
  • Choose channels and tactics, leveraging email, paid social, paid digital, video
  • Manage audience segmentation, buyer journey, and budgets
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to secure inputs, align timelines, resolve conflicts
  • Coach and manage junior team members, projects, and priorities
  • Test and implement new demand gen approaches, drive engagement
  • Own performance insights and optimize campaigns
  • Create resonant ads, emails, and copy for buyer segments
  • Leverage AI and martech tools to improve speed and quality
  • Analyze, monitor, report on campaign performance, share dashboards
  • Prepare executive updates on campaign status and metrics

Requirements

  • Proven ability in managing demand gen campaigns
  • Ideally B2B tech background, agency or in-house
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in B2B campaign strategy and planning
  • Experience of display, social, programmatic, video and email marketing, full funnel campaigns and nurture programs
  • Analytical mindset and project management experience
  • Experience in marketing automation and ABM tools such as DemandBase, 6sense, HubSpot
