We are looking for - Experience with Agentic Frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, or frontier model SDKs like Anthropic, OpenAI). - Strong understanding of quality software engineering principles for reading, debugging, and validating agent outputs. - Advanced Systems Thinking: ability to break down complex problems into logical, AI-executable steps. It is meritorious if you have - A Product Manager mindset, focusing on the 'what' to build rather than just the 'how'. - Advanced Prompt Engineering skills for writing clear and technical specifications. - Uncompromising approach to quality, including building evaluation tools for LLM outputs.
